J and B Premier Puppies has been family owned and operated since 1993.  Licensed and inspected annually by the United States Department of Agriculture, the State of Kansas, the American Kennel Club, and a licensed veterinarian, J & B Premier Puppies complied with more than 100 humane care standards as an APPDI Certified Humane Care Facility, which exceeded USDA requirements.

 

As Chairman and Animal Breeder Representative on the Governor appointed Kansas Pet Animal Advisory Board, Becky was instrumental in developing K.E.E.P.
